Jack Sprat could eat no sweets

but what they held together
is wearing cowboy boots.

Jack Sprat could drink no cola
His wife could drink no water
Jack couldn’t drink more than his wife
Because he is much shorter.

Origins:

The name Jack Sprat was used of people of small stature in the sixteenth century.

The nursery rhyme appeared the first time 1639.
